We will pack and ship out the parcel immediately once your order has been submitted. This process takes about 1-2 days. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of the items being in stock.
In Stock: Those items will be proceed to the shipping process immediately. It is difficult to change your particularly order under this stage.Therefore please ensure your order before the submission.
Back Order: Sometimes, your purchase item could be not in stock currently. Under this circumstances, all pending orders will be kept in our backorder base automatically except the offical notification is received from you by email. (Remarks: ship within 4 weeks hopefully)
Special Order: Please note that items occasionally out of stock or obsolete. We will inform you by a separate email within 3 weeks if we have trouble to obtain or delivery time is uncertain.
New Released or Pre-order: Items will be shipped to you at once upon it is available. However, please note that these items will be possibly delay due to the different facts by the suppliers.
Out of Stock: Item is currently unavailable. In some cases, if we believe that the items will be receiving very soon, we will then notify you by email regarding the availability status and estimate shipping date.
